RTO India — APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY pending since 10 days

Hello,

My Learner's Licence application[protected] approval is pending since 10 days in the same stage of: Transaction Name: Issue of Learner's License, Application Processing Stage: APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY, Counter: FLAPROVAL2. I've already given Online Test as asked in the website and passed it with 6/10 points. I've tried reaching out to RTO helpline number[protected],[protected] but didn't get any response in these two numbers. It's taking so long to approve a learner's licence so don't know how much time it will take when I apply for a permanent licence. Please approve and provide my Learner's Licence as soon as possible as I've passed the test successfully and ethically and shouldn't have to wait so much. I need to buy a new car with 1 month and need licence to drive it.
