RTO India — Approval of LL by Licensing Authority Pending since 15 days

Respected officials,
I submitted an application for Learner's License of MCWG and LMV Category via E-KYC Contactless Service through the Sarathi Parivahan portal in the state of Punjab on 24th May 2023. It has since been over 15 days and having passed the STALL Test on the same day, I expected to receive my LL shortly.

However the application status still shows that "Approval of LL by Licensing Authority is Pending". Please resolve this issue at the earliest possible time.
My Regional RTO is SDM Derabassi (PB70) and the camp is Sports Complex Zirakpur.
