Rto India — Delay in approval of Learners License despite passing the LL test

I applied & passed my learner's license test on 14th January 2024 & it's 1 month & 10 days today that there is no approval from the Licensing Authority. I'm providing details below for tracking if you can be of any help to me.

I'm attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference. Do let me know the reason for the delay in case anything is required from my end.

Please help me out as the delay in approval of LL is further delaying my permanent Driving License approval as well.
