RTO India — DL backlog data entry approval pending

Hi my name is kulwinder rai, from Punjab, district Jalandhar, my application no. is [protected]. Maine 2nd August ko DL renewal ke liye file submit karwai thi. Magar abhi Tak Mera backlog data entry approve nhi huya. Plz help me. Thank you

Is this common in Punjab? License ke liye alag fees, backlog ke liye alag? Amritsar ka bhi yahi haal hai.
