RTO India — driving test completed but driving licence not received

Hello,
I have given two wheeler and four wheeler test. I passed the teo wheeler test and failed four wheeler. I applied through a driving school Dhanush Marathalli. They aid i can re-apply for four wheeler driving test only after my two wheeler DL comes, but now it's been five months i have not received my license for two wheeler and cannot give four wheeler test. My Leaner's License is expiring on 11th Nov 17.

Apart from this my license status is as below in Sarthi website :

Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

Hello Sir, my name is Amit Kumar. I have applied driving licence on 20 march 2018. But not received after 1 month at home. My Driving License is Approved and driving License number is HR36 [protected]. And application number is[protected]. In driving licence status on your website not show any dispatch history. so plz Sir give me dispatch number or give me information about the delivery of my DL.

I applied to convert my paper DL into card at RTO Deoria and my photo was done on 29th june 2018. But still I did not receive my DL. Help me how to get it.

Sir my name is banti swarnkar. I applied for duplicate dl on 1 month ago and I have final submiting all the documents on 4th of June and the status showing pending for approval of endorsement on dl as well as printing smart card are pending.when I will get sir.
