I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a payment of Rs 1, 00, 000 made towards a special number on 13/03/2023, which has not been reflected in RTO records. I hope this letter serves as a formal request for your assistance in resolving this matter.
On the aforementioned date, we attempted to make the payment online using your portal. However, during the checkout process, we encountered an error on your website. The payment screen glitched. Consequently, we decided to make the payment in cash on the same day, as we needed to take delivery of the vehicle promptly.
Subsequently, we discovered that the payment had indeed been debited from our bank account. To clarify the situation, we approached the bank manager, who confirmed that the same payment had been credited to your account.
We kindly request you to investigate this matter and help us get refund the amount.
We have attached copies of the bank statement reflecting the debit transaction. This documents should assist you in verifying the transaction.
