Rto India — Learning License approval is pending

Learner's License approval is pending.
Respected Sir/Mam,

I am Ganesh Thorat, I have applied for the learner's license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service for MH-12(Pune). I passed the online learning test on 15/11/2023.
Its been 15days but my application is still not approved.

Current status is - APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY Counter - AIMVCNT51
My Application No - [protected]

I tried to contact them via twitter and also raised grievance but no response. Please help me with this.
