RTO India — LL application not processed from a long time

Respected sir,
I have applied for ll online on 8th of july with contactless services and on the same day i provide them with all the formalities and passed the test too and from that day onwards my application is on the same step and hasn’t been processed i have sent a mail to them regarding to this a couple of times but they didnt responded please help me to get it faster
