Rto India — Non- approval and pending of my driving licence application for almost 8 months

Dear sir/madam,
I am Abhishek Ahirwar, I have applied for driving licence (LMV, MCWG) at Tikamgarh rto district office, M.P.
I completed driving tests and other formalities. my application no. is [protected] for issuing of DL. my application was appoved on 25 July 2023.
But till now it shows pending for-
1) approval of DL
2) printing of DL
3) dispatching of DL by post.

so kindly resolve this matter and speed-up my application of DL.
