RTO India — not able to do payment & book slot

Hi,

My Application No [protected].I am trying to make payment & book slot but it says "Application is verifying with Bank, please ok to continue" and then nothing happens.

Also there is no other option to do payment.

My RTO is MH14

Please assist to get my issue resolved as i need to book slot and there are very less booking slots available. Please help urgently

i had applied for driving licence on 13- DEC-2018, and my driving licence issued on after few days but i didnot get licence till now. i had visit RTO OFFICE Bareilly Uttar Pradesh several times but i didnot get any response from the employee.
