Rto India — Not received my learning license date

I have applied for my learning license on 2th june 2016. Still i have not received my date for learning license test. The person who has applied 1-2 weeks later has got his date for the test. The person who is applying after me in the same RTO is getting a date for learning license test, but i am not getting it. Make sure that I will get the date in this coming week.
