RTO India — Pending Approval Of LL, Application No. [protected]

I have submitted my LL application one month ago. Still it is showing SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents). I have complaint so many times but still no actions has been taken yet. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
