RTO India — Regarding increasing fare of Autorickshaw

Dear sir,
I Shri Pralhad Vasant Dolas, leaning in Naigaon (W) Dist:- Palghar, Taluka :- Vasai. During pandemic all were shutdown including public transport. After re opening of shops malls rickshaw services were also started in our area. The fare was carried with double rate due to limited passengers restrictions. The rate was frame by RTO for autorickshaw was till lockdown. But this rickshaw drivers are carrying the same rates till now without any change.
1) Before Lockdown the fare of auto from Naigaon Station (West) till Papdy was Rs 12 per seat, but now onwards they are charging Rs. 30 per seat. And when we tell them to reduce the rates they are arguing with us. RTO has also order to reduce the rates still they are not reducing.
I request the concerned authority to look in to this matter and kindly reduce the rates, or start the meter rickshaw.
