Rto India — Regarding the issue of renewal driving licence

I had a four wheeler license which got expired so I took an an appointment from RTOsurat and visited for issue of renewal of DL wherein after going there in the office the concerned person did not found my record and said there were no record of my four wheeler license..and told me to wait for some days as the office has been shifted and data's might have been lost or misplaced so they will get it from Gandhinagar.Till today I haven't received any positive response from them.
