[Resolved]  RTO India — RTO India Approval of Learning License by licensing authority is pending

Hello sir/mam,
I am Yash Anvekar, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Belagavi (KA22) Karnataka, I passed the test on 04/04/2023, I am unable to print the Learning License when I have cleared the LL test. The approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
