Rto India — Rto India APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY pending since 25 days

Hello,

My Learner's Licence application [protected] approval is pending since 25 days in the same stage of: Transaction Name: Issue of Learner's License, Application Processing Stage: APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY, Counter: FLAPROVAL2. I've already given Online Test as asked in the website and passed it with 6/10 points. I've tried reaching out to RTO helpline number but didn't get any response . It's taking so long to approve a learner's licence so don't know how much time it will take.
