RTO India — Speed breaker non visible

Dear sir.

We are staying at shree ganesh chsl. Sector 28 nerul west. Navi mumbai, near to terna egg collage...

There is two speed breakers just near to main society gate and both are non visible, and daily one or two rider falling down that spots..

Kindly make it visible by white in polymer coating..

My four wheeler vehicle was towed from borivali west near Prabodhankar auditorium on the charges of No parking zone. There is no sign board displaying the same from where my vehicle was towed. Also there are construction vehicles like bulldozer and road rollers parked near the no parking board but no action is taken against them.
