Rto Mathura — Renewal of LL stuck on document verification

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I applied for renewal of my LL on 10th May 2020. Since then it is stuck on "Document Verification" (Scrutiny4) status. I have been checking it regularly and nothing has changed. Since, it's a completely online process it does not require to physically go and verify documents as they were uploaded on the portal itself.

I tried to email them as well but got an automated response of going to the status page and see the status.

Kindly look into it and help me out if possible.
