Dear Sir/Ma'am

I applied for renewal of my LL on 10th May 2020. Since then it is stuck on "Document Verification" (Scrutiny4) status. I have been checking it regularly and nothing has changed. Since, it's a completely online process it does not require to physically go and verify documents as they were uploaded on the portal itself.

I tried to email them as well but got an automated response of going to the status...

I have a bus up85at6202. Acc. To govt. Order 2 months tax relaxation april 2020 may 2020.I surrender document 29 june 2020. I submit online tax 31 july 2020. Bt it calculate two months tax with penalty.I liable only 1 month tax.
In another vehicle follow same process up85bt2079. Same day surrender same day submit tax. Bt it pay offline tax.It calculate only one month tax without penalty.
So pls. Help in return 1 month tax and...
