I gave my driving test on 13 september 2019, but my driving test record are in record test results of driving test phase since the past 2 months.
The driving license is not approved yet, the pcmc rto is causing too much delay regarding the same

I have submitted the application status from website as the proof for the same
I have tried calling the help line number
But there is too much delay in network so the call is not be able to connect
