Dear sir/madam,
When I can visit my own flat no 2206/T5?.
When can I have clarifications on my issues discussed and raised?
Why It’s taking so long for you to arrange visit when I have already paid my 100% demand?
Why I have to do follow ups on this matter?
Kindly arrange my own flat visit. Also arrange revised possesion demand after deducting 1.5 % immunity.
Now I am out of town from 12th may onwards due to family emergencies
Further pls resolve below issues urgently which is still not clarified:
1) Attached bank statement for amount paid to EKVIRA and RUNWAL dated 19/02/2020 and 21/02/2020.Pls note that agreement registration date is 23/09/2020
2) Pls arrange revised possession details after deducting 1.5% immunity amount and interest ledger, as we paid all the amt within due date or such expended date as provided by you.
3) Pls look into TDS certificates as i have paid TDS at more than the agreement value. All TDS certificates attached fyi. Pls note that during covid time the TDS rate was reduced by the government and accordingly we paid the TDS at the time.
4) Pls arrange site visit asap as i have already paid 100% amount

6) Below is the mail received from CRM for waive off of 1.5% at the time of possession demand
7) How come BCAM maintenance start without possession handover? As per the email communication on 1.5% should be adjusted in final demand which was not adjusted by RM?
8) Demand payment timeline Change from 15 days to 10 days without any prior communication?
9) Advance 3 years maintenance without any prior communication from Deepa or CRM? Which should be taken care of by promoter until society is formed?
