Runwal Garden Dombivli — Refund of token amount

We have booked a flat at your Runwal garden project with token amount 43989/- The location of the flat is T28 -1806 I had to cancel the booking due to some finacial reasons i was not able to proceed further.
We 1st visited Runwal on 26 Jan '22 Sales manager- Pooja singh insisted us to swipe token amount 43989 rs by using phone pay from my bank as i was not having ATM at that time with me because we did not had any plan for booking flat instantly when we 1st visit on 26 Jan.
I had to cancel the booking due to some finacial reasons i was not able to proceed further. For that I visited Runwal garden office Dombivli within 5 days of booking for raising cancellation but no one help us regarding cancellation procedure, told us that as it is mentioned in booking form that money will not be refunded. This statement was not given when we paid token amount. Sir i am a middle class person. I broke my FD that time for paying token amount.
