Runwal Group — Booking Receipt/Invoice Not Received & Fake Promises | |
I have booked flat in Runwal Gardens(Dombivli) ph-4 on 13.06.2021. Till now I have not received any single document nor any relationship manager call about the booking. If I am paying for the booking then receipt should be sent to me on same day. I have tried to contact the sale person but she also don't have any idea when can I receive the documents. The process is very slow and I don't know why management is ignoring this. Sales person(Anuradha Arora) assured about the lucky draw till the time of payment, after payment immediately she told that there is no lucky draw currently going on so we can not provide you that. This type of harassments are not acceptable at all. You are promoting one thing and providing something to customer, no transparency at all. Hope you will clear this issues.
