We have a booked a flat in Runwal bliss on 26th December ie on sunday . On tuesday we are getting a call from her (will share name of her) that unit is already sold and remittance was reflected in bank late because of nri payment. According to sales head, he is saying unit is sold in october only but it was not reflecting in our system .And now they are giving on another floor. Blunders like this didn't expected by runwal group. By 2 months if your system is not updated i dont know how you are selling other units.. i want my money back. Poor service by Runwal group, employees have zero knowledge about the available units.
