Runwal Group — Refund amount to be credited | |
We have booked a flat at runwal my city Dombivali on 20th August 2021 and paid a token amt of 54000/- after 3 days we decided to cancel our inventory due to financial issue because the price which we have agreed on got changed after 2 days. we got a call from runwal stating that you need to pay 1.5lakh extra for maintenance which was exceeding our budget. Then we got to know in runwal my city people are facing problems of water supply. Keeping this in mind we could not take our decision further to proceed this inventory and took a decision to cancel the flat . Now the sales team member Sushmita said amt is non refundable how is this possible under rera if a person decides to cancel their inventory within 15days then the amt is refundable.
