Runwal Group — Refund of booking token amount Rs 54000

Myself Ms. Priti Paudwal and my son Mr. Tejas Paudwal visited Runwal Codename Enchanted, Kolshet, Thane-West on 21st January, 2023. Sales representative - Mr. Sachin Sathe insisted us to swipe token amount of Rs. 54000 under the pretext of some lucrative offer. He told us that we can cancel our deal within 15 days and they will provide refund. We paid Rs. 54000 by using credit card. **Kindly note that they only provided cost prize of flat statement and did not provided payment acknowledge token receipt by runwal team on the booking day. Mr Purav Dedhia told us that once head office receives the tokenize payment, then they will sent us receipt after 8 days and we did not receive the receipts till date.

Very soon we found them to be way out of our budget. We have studied each and every part of our budget, payment structure and at the moment our flat deal is looking way out of our budget. So we spoke to the concerned person Mr. Sachin Sathe for the cancellation of the deal. As per telephonic conversation on 09th February, 2023 with Mr. Purav Dedhia has asked us to mail on a given email id - sandeep.[protected]@runwal.com for the same. So we sent mail to sandeep.[protected]@runwal.com on 9th Feb, 2023 with relevant documents, payment Swipe Receipt via credit card, etc. Sandeep Amancha replied mail that refund is in progress it will take 60 to 90 days. With reference to the telephonic conversation held on 10 Feb, 2023 with Mr. Purav Dedhia, he told us that we will get refund of Rs. 27, 000/- which is exactly the half of our token amount, which is not acceptable to us. Why it should take 60 to 90 days. It should be refunded at the earliest.

We sent mail to Sandeep Amancha's reply and didn't any response as yet. We sent follow up mails on 21-Feb-2023, 27-Feb-2023 and still did not get any response, neither received full refund. It seems there is only one way communication and no response from the respective person / runwal team. **Kindly process my full refund of booking token amount.
