Runwal Group — Refund of my 20% consideration amounting to 696431=00.

In Runwal MyCity, I had invested 20% consideration amounting to 696431=00 in 2015/16.
I was never ever provided with mandatory Floor Plan, Payment Schedules, Allotment Letter, etc. and never forced for registration of my Agreement For Sale.
Since I didn't trust builder for his unprofessional attitude, I via emails demanded refund of my hard earned 696341=00(Six Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty One) plus 24% p.a interest of 6 years.
But builder has fraudulently forfeited my 696431=00 as well as unilaterally cancelled my flat no. CL-04-A1-406.
This is pure CHEATING, CONSPIRACY, MISCHIEF, MISREPRESENTATION and MISUSE OF POWER by Runwal builder.
