Runwal Group — Township Maintenance and Tower Maintenance charges

Dear Team,

I have been allotted a flat in Tower-5, Room No-1108"(Said Flat)" situated on the TOWER 5, i have received the possession notice and i have paid all payments excepts security deposit and maintenance charges

1) Security Deposit : Rs.25000
2) Building Cam Charges : Rs.32085

I was following with CRM but did not get any response from her, hence lodging the complaint for redressal of below mentioned query.

Please check the clause G and H of The payment schedule, request you to clarify the below mentioned clause and revert to me.

Clause G : Township Maintenance to be borne by promoter till formation of Federation or handover of township amenities to the concerned authorities, whichever is earlier.

Clause H: Tower maintenance charges to be borne by the promoter till one year after receipt of occupation certificate for the tower and thereafter tower maintenance charges to be borne by the society.

I need possession immediately, since i have paid all dues to you, hence no further delay will be entertained.
