Runwal Group — Useless Customer Service from Runwal Gardan | |
Since 2020 Sep, I have doing follow ups with Runwal Gardan Customer Care & RM team. However Its really appreciable that Runwal has selected right person at right positions who are well trained in cheating and well experienced in fooling the customer. RM are so shameless that they will never reply on email as well as they never reply your calls. Till the time of booking, you will get royal treatment by sales (cheater) team. After that you will be the nothing for them except money recovery machine. RM Priyanka Raorane and her line manager Savita Shetty both are from the same category. RM is so arrogant that she can do better job as a Bouncer. Since Sep 2020, I have forwarded list of queries. However till date I haven't received any satisfied answer. For registration these people has given contract to third party who are doing their jobs with lots of mistakes. Even email id / contact number and name also they cant type properly in agreement copy. Its relevant to T13 / 1302. Today also I have tried to connect RM Priyanka Raorane as well as her manager Savita Shetty. Both are not responding to any call.
