i have recieved a letted from RDO (RURAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION) ON DTD. 22/12/14 stating that i am selected for the post of conputer operator. but they are asking for money rs. 4250/- as training fee.
i want to know the details about them as they are fraud or not?
