[Resolved] Rural Development Organization — got job selection letter...i want to know is it real or fake???

Sir I received a letter, named "JOB SELECTION LETTER" from RURAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION .www.rdogov.org. their address is "58, Lagpat Nagar, Maldahiya, Varanashi, UP-221002 & contact no-[protected] /[protected]. They charged me Rs, 4550/- as training fee by demand draft in favour of "rural development organisation" Sir I want to know that is it fake or real. Kindly help me as soon as possible...
