Have ordered a product "coolpad note 5 (Royal gold, 32 gb)" in dated 07/12/2016. Which order number is 15062 and paid ₹10, 399 through paytm wallet. But still order status is written that delivery is done by saturday... I am trying to contact on given toll free no. Which is[protected], but its not responding... I have written so many mails but not responded by merchant. Please help me out from this and help me to get my product or cash back... If you had paid through Credit /Debit Card, you can ask your bank to get the refund as debit/credit cards have purchase protection.
