I had booked lenovo vibe k5 plus on 6th dec 2016 by sabbuy.com (Order no.14647) & the transaction of rs.7, 999 was successfully completed through paytm wallet. After the multiple mails sent to sabbuy customer care, paytm & hdfc credit card dispute department have not received the product or any positive response on its reversal. Please help for reversal...

Date added: 14/12/2016 rs.10999/-in www.sabbuy.com through paytm wallet (10% cash back offer). I cancelled that product as on 20.12.16 but there is no response from this website or paytm. There is no office in that address.

On 6th of Dec'16 I had booked a mobile phone model No.Lenovo K5 plus with sabbuycom against order No.14700. Payment of 7999/- was made by credit card through paytm.

On 8th December 16 due to some pblms I had to cancel my order No.14700. A mail in this regard was sent by me and an answer was received from sabbuy.com stating that the refund will be made within 3to 4 working days.

Till date neither...

I am ashok padsala .i have buy online coolpad note 5 from sabbuy on 7/12/2016 order id is 15054 and i have paid 10399 thought online payment but till today order is not delivered to me, because compony sabbuy is a fraud compony, so i request customer who want to by from sabbuy do not pay prepaid . and peaseregiste FIR against compony and its owner for claim your amount refund.

I purchased Coolpad Note 5 on 10.12.16 & paid 10399 through PayTm wallet to Sabbuy.com for which I received order Id as 16010 & confirmation of receipt of payment but yet I haven't received the delivery of coolpad note5. I tried to contact company TollFree no. [protected] but it is dead. I tried to contact company registered address at Hyderabad but it is fake. Surprisingly the website of company still booking new orders & accepting payment....

I have ordered Coolpad note 5 at "sabbuy.Com" paying Rs 10399/- through paytm. My order number as per website is 15184 and the status as shown is 'processed'. The phone no given on website is defunct and the address checked through a local contact in Hyderabad is confirmed as 'No such party exists at this address'. Seen lot of such complaints on net against this website.

I am trying to contact on given toll free no. Which is[protected], but its not responding... I have written so many mails but not responded by merchant.

I have paid an amount of rs 7999/- for lenovo vibe k5plus through paytm on 5/12/2016 but i have not received the product so far.Tray immediate action.The web site is www.sabbuy.com.they provide the order no 14431 & they send a message on 12/12/16 as sending the product today before 6pm but not mentioned the courier details.I found so many complaints on this subject....

I'd ordered LENOVO K5 PLUS two weeks back and has not received yet.I'd received a message last week that it will be deliverd by 6PM but not yet received. I'd chatted with ONLINE CHAT facility available in the site and they said it will be delivered within 4 to 5 days but still not delivered. Looks like its a fraud site. They told at the time of placing the order that the delivery will be done in four to five days but till 18/12/16 no delivery has been made. Further they are also not responding to complaints made via email. Their mobile no is also fake and is not valid. Plz help....

I have order of coolpad note 5 on 11.12.16 through Debit card payment.
Payment was deducted.They mentioned order no.16144 which is processing and you will get within 4-5 working days but still I am awaiting after 5 days.
I try to contact on Toll free No but it is not working.(wrong no mentioned on site).
Company contact detail there is no mention any mobile no where we contact or register our complaint....

I purchased a phone on sabbuy on dec12, it was clearly mentioned as it would be delivered in 2-4days of time. Till today (Dec 15) order status is same as processing. My order no: #16504
I tried reaching the toll free number provided[protected], it does not even ring at all.
Mailed via their website, still need to wait and see if they revert. Not sure if this is a fraud website...

I have ordered mobile on above said website sabbuy .com with online payment. the product was about to be delivered by 10/12/2016 last saturday, but till date not recd. inspite of calling on toll free no, no response from them being on voice mail. also i have mailed many times for the delivery of product. no response from them. i cannot understand whether the co is fake or fraud. pl help me out ....
