Hi, my pickup request number is req[protected]. I had requested for a pickup of my order for 28th april, saturday at 11 am.
I called the helpline number thrice, but did not receive any information regarding my pickup till 4:00 pm.
Finally the customer care person told me that my pick would happen now on monday, because vehicle was not working.
It is so disappointing because you expect your customer to wait for you...

employees stealing products

I sent my trolleys bags through safex and when i received them the locks were missing and also my essential items including a brand new imported perfume bottle was missing. When i lodged the complaint they took nearly a month to investigate and came up with the reply that we delivered it as it was sent.

I trusted safex but they are definitely not safe, i certainly say please be careful when you send your things through them...

We had shipped single bundle (Bubble wrap and corrugated packing) from jodhpur to hyderabad. But the client received damaged product. No one picking up the call. Very very poor customer service. Even they don't know how to talk to clients. Same things happening to us many times.

We had shipped 7 bundles (Bubble wrap and Corrugated packing) from JODHPUR to Vadodara. But the client received totally damaged products. Now, no one is picking up the call. trolley and box broken and things stolen

I sent my luggag from lucknow to be delivered in namakkal, tamilnadu. One of the boxes was broken and things were taken. The box is hollow. And the trolley was broken. Is this the way the objects were to be handled. The safexpress charged me 950 for package alone. I was told it will be packed in bubble wrap. All i can see is a polythene wrap. I would like to escalate this issue....

We have received the goods parcel on 18.01.2018 @ 7pm. The bundle seemed loose and he had asked for open delivery of the same. The bundle was opened in front of mr. Krishna and his 2 delivery person's and it was found that 8 pieces of rs. 280 each was shortage. The same has been agreed by your manager mr. Krishna and it's signed on the delivery receipt number. Safe xpress has delivered only 4 packages out of 5 on 29th november and i have been complaining daily since 10 days about it.
But there executives always make fake promises to deliver in 24 hrs and since 4th december they were saying that packet is already delivered but i've not received it yet.
