Sahara City Homes — No possession / Amenities

I have booked a flat at Sahara City homes in Nagpur in 2007. I have paid the full amount in 2010. The building and flat were delayed by a year and were ready only in 2014. We have still not been given possession saying there is a problem with NIIT. When asked for interest on money they are saying it's not possible to get anymore. None of the amenities are ready on the site and on my recent visit they told us that the watchmen haven't been paid in 2 months. Please connect with me if you have the same problem.
