I have taken sahara e shine bonds which can be submitted for pre closure as per the terms. On 08 jan 18 when i approached the sahar office located at kanpur, they refused to accept the certificate for redemption saying they are not going to be redeemed.
This is a complaint regarding sahara kanpur (Mall road r. O) office not accepting e shine policy bonds for redemptions.
They simply refused to accept the bonds and also said the refund not possible. Further the office is in process of winding down its operations.
