Respected sir,
With reference to above subject we humbly submit that i am open above mentioned account on 18.06.2012. & monthly deposit 2000/- & after completetion of period i am applied maturity claim as on 06.07.2017 & above maturity claim has been accepted as on 22.07.2017.
But after acceptance of maturity claim branch manager of surat branch has been says that we are not given any cheque before april'2018.
So i request you that please provide us maturity claim cheque as early possible.

With reference to above subject we humbly submit that I had opened above mentioned account on 24TH FEB, 2012. & monthly deposit 3000/- & after completion of period of 5 years I had applied maturity claim as on 24TH FEB, 2017 & above maturity claim has not been accepted yet. And manager S.k Mishra is not cooperating with us in getting this amount from branch of naroda Ahmedabad
I request you to kindly provide the said amount as soon as possible as we need the same. I hope you will definately understand us and cooperate the same.
