Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd — Non refund of maturity amount

My maturity for the deposit amount has been completed on 07 Aug 2018 however my branch or sahara credit cooperative society ltd have not process my claim till date i regularly visit to branch hingonia and ask them to claim my amount but always they are giving next date now its 1 and half year complete but they not process my claim please take a suitable action against them and process my claim value
