Sahara Hospital — Complaint about treatment given by Dr. Swadesh Kumar Singh to my mother Mrs. Mewati Devi

Respected Sir
As above mention subject I want to submit my
complaint about treatment given by dr.swadesh
kumar singh, a consultant of your reputable
hospital at Lucknow. My mother Mrs. Mewati
devi, age about 65years on 12/10/2022 in
emergency in your hospital with complaint of
loss of haemoglobin. On that day dr. Swadesh
kumar Singh observed my Mother and shifted
her in the ICU for two days. Several
investigations have been done of my mother in which erosion and hemorrhoid found in
several places of colon by colonoscopy and
endoscopy. My mother case was fit case of
gastrology but no gastrologist observed my
mother during seven day of admission. Four
unit of blood transfused into my mother but
loss of blood still continued. My mother's
condition was becoming poor but on last day dr
swadesh kumar singh adviced us for
operations of colon without any proper reason
ultimately I discharged my mother from that
hospital because her condition was not improving. After discharging my mother I
consulted with gastroenterologist and he
wasn't agreed with the treatment and
medicine of dr. Swadesh kumar singh. This is
very unfortunate that your hospital is working
with so casual Dr. who is not taking patient and
his attendant seriously please take necessary
action. Thank you
