Sahara India Pariwar — Branch not give me my payment after maturity

Date of incident-28/02/2014 my term of policy is completed but bakhri bazar branch not able to give my payment even after 22 month. Branch says that we have not sufficient balance to payment. I am very sad and frosted that what can i do? please help me

myself Manorama sahu W/O late Surendra Nath Sahu. My husband has done some RD & FD in Sahara india Berhampur Branch, Ganjam on December2009. My husband has died on 24 March 2014. I have applied for death maturity on 9th may 2015. The officer told me that I will recieve my payment on 24th jun 2015. But till now i have not received my payment. From head office payment has been recieved by branch on 23rd November 2015. They did not informed me even after asking. Then it is lapsed. Now the manager is saying that payment will be done after jun 2016.
My daughter's marriage is on April 22. How can I arrange money if payment will be done after jun. Kindly consider my case & help me to get my payment quickly. Then i will be thankful to u.
