Sahara India Pariwar — Delay of Maturity money from past 6 months

We invested ten thousand in Sahara India Pariwar in 2003 and the maturity date is on 20th August, 2014. We have been asking for the maturity amount in Anakapalle branch, Visakhapatnam, AndhraPradesh since October, 2014, But they are not responding and keep on postponing to clear the maturity amount.
