My mother smt. Laxmi devi resident of baghmara bazar, dhanbad, jharkhand-828306 having accnt no.[protected] at gomoh branch went to the branch to withdraw the money where she was informed that her acnt was transfered in some one other's name & one part has been redeemed to that account. When she asked to show the copy where she has requested to transfer the account, they failed to do so. Regarding this matter she wrote letter on 24.01.2014 but no response has been received again she wrote on 11.08.2014 but still no response from the office. Moreover she has doubt that her agent has done some forge signatures to withdraw the amount, so she immediately informed the branch to stop the payment but no action was taken.
