Sahara India Pariwar — Need our maturity money for my Mother's Kidney treatement

Dear sir/madam
This is Prabodha Kumar Behera son of Kumari Behera. I had deposited 40 thousands in the name of my mother in four account 10 thousands each. Last month Dt 24/06/2015 was the maturity date of all accounts. we have to get near about 103000. But when I approached to Agent to get the money he forced to reinvest again. I also approached to branch manager again over phone . My mother is a Chronic kidney disease patient. Even your agent visited to my mothers condition. She needs money immediately for her dialysis and treatment. I went to head office Sahid nagar Bhubaneswar to meet manager. The manager refused to meet me. I think she has not no guts to meet me. She behaves herself as thief and culprit.I Phoned to Regional manager bhubaneswar. He also told me that it will be delay 4 months.I requested him that it is necessary for my mother's treatment immediately. But she talked me in bad manner and told me that "You have not given money to me. So I can not give you money". This type of manner should not be expected from a regional manager.
If top level official will not listen to us then who will listen to us ?
Here some points are there.
1.Did Subrat ray instruct to his top level cadre not to meet clients directly which happened to me ?
2.Do the manager understand the emotion and necessary requirement of the client ?
3. Do the manager knows the behavior how to show to client ?
