I am invest in your RD plan (Per month Rs. 500/-) So complete maturity amount is should be pay from your branch. for this i went several time in your branch But they are no respond in branch staff including Branch Manager, every time he told me new excuses like " come tomorrow, your maturity confirmation being in processed, disconnect the phone and said me I am coming with an hour to clear cheque, etc." but still I am waited. Sir I am fed-up to this excuses. So I request you please take necessary action to solve my problem as soon as possible.
