Sahara India Pariwar — non refund of maturity amount | |||
Dear sir, I shirin mansuri have opened three recurring deposit account in pratapgarh (Rajasthan) branch of sahara credit cooperative society limited in 2015. I have deposited all the monthly installment from my hard earned money. Now at the time of maturity on 14/08/2018 when i approached to the concerned branch for maturity amount, the official replied that the funds are not available and it may take 1 year more for payment. I was cheated by the company and now i am in a situation that i cant used my hard earned money for education of my children. The account details are as follow: (1.) [protected] under sahara s. Buxar Branch of Sahara India Pariwar is not paying the MIS and Maturity Amount to it's investor on time and even not bothered to adhere the investors. The investor's are either Senior Citizen/Widow/ House-Wife/ Struggling Farmers who have saved their hard earned amount for their livelihood. The Copy of the legal notice attached with compalint.
