Sahara India Pariwar — Payment withdrawn before maturity without the consent of owner

In Year 2005 my Mother had invested in SAHARA RAJAT YOJNA a Sum of RS 10, 000 The Date of Application was 19th November 2005 which was Matured on 19th November 2015. The application was filled at goregaon West Branch but Since the Branch has been Closed I visited to Andheri West Branch for Claiming the Maturity amount. I was Shocked to Know that the amount was withdrawn in year 2010 without the person consent, and got to know that the Manager of the Branch had made a Fraud with Sahara and took away the money of Depositor stating the owner has lost the book and reissued a new one and made forgey signatures and claimed the amount. We informed to the agency that we had never been intimated on the fraud which took place and in return they are not ready to help and asking us to visit to Lucknow branch for the complaint.
