Dear Sir i am perchance of the advertisements published in the news paper, and advertisement through sahara agents & Brochure i have had Booked a Independent bungalow ( S-1/12) in above Project witch was proposed to be handed over within 23 months of the Date of allotment As demanded we had remitted the booking Amount of 5 % Of the cost of the House within the stipulated time as per Sahara Money receipt Nos.01.[protected] dated[protected] amounting to Rs.2, 60, 000.00 02.[protected] dated[protected] amounting to Rs.2, 60, 000.00 03. 0004255 dated[protected] amounting to Rs.2, 60, 000.00 Today more then 26 months have past by promised bungalow ( S-1/12) allotted to me has not been handed over Or no rather Lay out of the proposed house has been given i want refund money with interest Thanks
