Sahara Q Shop — Maturity claim

Hi, my mother has invested in Sahara q shop plan H since 2012 and it has already 10 years, we want to claim it. Nearest office person suggested to change to some other product but we want the claim as we are in very bad financial condition. Pls help on this.
