[Resolved]  Sahara Travels — Money Refund

Hi, My Name is Raghavender Chavva and I had booked tickets to tirupathi from Hyderabad on 31st October and Bus start time is 10.30PM. Along with my wife I have boarded into bus at Nampally Station, Hyderabad. On the way to Tirupati at Kurnool toll gate RTA has stopped the bus and after verification RTA said that this is seized, you will be taken to Kurnool bus stand from there you have to travel by RTC bus with your expenses. We went Thirupathi and after coming back to Hyderabad I contacted Sahara Travels office and they are not responding to me at all. This ticket was booked by a travel agency through VIA site. That travel agency guy also not responding to me. I have raised a complaint in VIA, and complaint number is: REF000000A2L3 almost 20 days back, still they are also not responding. I bought 2 tickets and each one costs 1100(Total 2200 + 50 commission to Travel Agency) Now I am not sure how to handle this situation and who can help me. Please help me regarding this issue.
