Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society — Want refund of my Super BB

As i have given money to the company and the company given me the certificates and till now the company is not giving me money back and i want the money back of my Supper BB as i required so money as i am in trouble.
So please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
